After 2 and a half years of endless prayer, Doctor’s visits, and IVF treatments, my husband and I finally became pregnant with our first child in January of this year. We have come so, so far thanks to the Lord’s precious grace and blessings. As we get closer and closer to our due date (Mid September) the Covid situation is looking worse and worse. If an expectant mother goes in for delivery and tests positive for Covid the spouse is forced to leave and the baby is separated from the mother until they are discharged from the hospital. Just typing this out brings me to tears. We have been through a lot in the last few years and we are asking for an abundance of prayers that the Lord will keep us healthy and Covid free! My husband is a firefighter and therefore is at a higher risk of exposure. I have seen God move mountains many times and I have no doubt that this is a minor ant hill for our mighty God. I ask that you pray for my family. That the Lord will replace my panic and fear with peace and faith and that he put a shield of protection and good health over us during these coming months. As well as a safe, healthy delivery with my sweet husband by our side.
